Very welcoming team. Everyone does their best to support each other and is always ready to help out if needed. To be able to work in a place that lets you know you are a valued and appreciated member of the team is an indescribable feeling and brings that much more passion to the job. There are always opportunities to learn more and someone is always willing to teach, questions are never unwelcome. Leadership personable and truly cares about how you are.

Cons

Sometimes there can be a little bit of drama between coworkers but it's nothing a deep breath and smile won't fix!

As a new person to real estate, Mark Spain has provided me with hundreds of leads and really kick started my career. Also they provide tons of training. I love coming into the office every day and working on a team with great people who want to see each other succeed.

Cons

We work extremely hard, so if you are lazy, this is not the place for you.
