      Great benefits, fun employee events, good money, a lot of openings, a lot of opportunity for promotions

      Cons

      Some communities can be in bad areas which can make your day to day difficult and even dangerous. The work load can tend to get overwhelming. I've heard from others that the pay is low compared to other companies.

      Depends on what property and who owns it.

      Cons

      Company pushes for a+ service but won't stand up to owners who are close to being slum lord's. Importance is placed on leasing staff and not on maintenance personnel.
