The culture here at Mark-Taylor is built upon an impressive dedication support system of leaders. I know I can always reach out for honest support that won't be judged just coached. I feel as though I have employment that I can be proud of.

Cons

I believe Mark-Taylor Residential can improve brand awareness outside of the company and it's residents to reach the every day potential resident. Leading to a potential resident that isn't thinking "Which community do I want to live in?" They are instead thinking "which Mark-Taylor company do I want to live in?"
