The people I get to surround myself with daily are incredible! The culture is top notch, and I am proud to be a part of the team/family. They keep me coming to work every day and wanting to succeed for them!

Cons

I worry that the company is growing at a pace that is not sustainable, therefore spreading teams to the max, often creating skeleton crews at communities.
