      Pros

      The culture, despite our growth still matters from an executive level. This provides a more trusting environment of people which is what leads our brand and our personal employment experience.

      Cons

      I think we implement changes company-wide before testing out said changes which creates a lot of unnecessary stress and concern.

      Pros

      I value that I am valued. Any person in leadership I've had the opportunity to work with and speak to values my opinion and my feedback. It's a very rewarding feeling to have them reaching out to me for my opinion or feedback on ideas.

      Cons

      I know it's a work in progress, but I feel like the uniformity within the company is lacking. Some people do things one way, while others do it another. Especially with some of the employees who have been with Mark-Taylor for an extended period. I am someone who really thrives knowing what my expectations are.
