I enjoy my coworkers and the larger team environment. I love that there are company events that celebrate the teams and their achievements. I like the work-life balance this job provides me. I like that you can people from corporate know who we are and take the time to get to know you. The executive leadership team feels very relatable and approachable.

Cons

I know we just went through a pay increase, and it's always said. But pay. This area is getting expensive to live and the pay isn't increasing as quickly as the cost of living. I would love to get a little more PTO also :)
