Pros

The people I’ve met at Mark Taylor want you to succeed and it shows. The properties are really visual pleasing to work out of everyday. The work life balance so far has been great.

Cons

The advancement structure to get into the corporate side. It seems difficult to get a corporate position coming from on-site.

I value the fact that, right away everyone made me feel like family and very welcomed! I love that there is so much room for advancement! Most jobs don’t have the opportunities that Mark Taylor provides.

Cons

Yes, maybe if there was some sort of compensation for phone bills. I don’t mind using my phone at all. But it’s 80 percent of my data usage.

Working with my team. We work very hard to do our jobs, but we truly embody the MT Family culture. We treat each other with respect, we have fun, and it makes us all work hard for one another. My team makes it a true joy to show up each day.

Cons

Some team members seem to hold an unfair advantage in workplace culture, based upon personality and job title. Individuals can be distracted in the workplace but are either ignored or encouraged to continue to be distracting based upon "social status" at the corporate office.
