Beautiful properties, decent benefits and paid time off. The company and it's employees are highly regarded in the multi-housing industry.

Cons

Some people are passed up for promotions if they are not part of the 'inner circle'. Upper management has an elitist attitude at times.

If you are passionate about people, have the drive to go above and beyond and are dedicated then this is the perfect company for you. We are not only passionate about making sure our future residents have the best experience when they are looking for their new homes, we make sure that it continues to be a positive experience throughout their entire time with us. We also are involved with some amazing organizations outside of our company. It's all about making a positive impact. I found Mark Taylor on accident and it was the best accident I could've asked for! The culture and drive of our company is hands down the best I have ever come in contact with. We are a family.
