      Pros

      The culture is positive, fun, and happy. Everyone is welcoming. I love to see movement from inside the company for new positions and promotions. Good balance of professional and fun. Training was great. Was nice to have different departments visit and explain things from their point of view.

      Cons

      Training was encouraging. I feel like corporate and back at my property has a disconnect. We want things done one way however, MCO doesn't execute they way corp. says to do things. So I like the corp. way but feel that is not the experience I am having in real time. I want to know how to learn new departments and have new opportunities within the company.
