      Benefits good, management & HR NOT

      Pros

      Good medical benefits, 401k. Fresh fruit provided along with lits of coffee. Good location, close to eateries and shopping.

      Cons

      Management plays favorites. HR sides with management if complaints are made. Lots of backstabbing, two-faced managers. Long term employees used for their hard work and knowledge but not rewarded. Promotions are few unless you are management. Bonus plan is unfair and not consistent across the units. Moral is very low. Company only looking to make money. Computer systems are very old. If you like to be micromanaged then this is the place for you.

      Industry experience, hard working people

      Cons

      They often do not replace people who leave, but instead, continue to spread the work among those who remain. They do not offer the same "perks" to everyone who works there.

      Pros

      9% 401k employer contribution w/ 4% employee contribution. 18 days PTO (plus holidays) right from the start with more added in the future.

      Cons

      I can't think of much.
