Great start up culture with tons of oppurtunity

Pros

The work is very exciting and dynamic, my days are never the same. Being that the company is still in its early growth stage, everything you work on feels very important and you are able to see the full down stream impact of what you work on. If you don't like something, come up with a way to improve it. There's no red tape, or politics to tip toe around.

Cons

There are still some growing pains in the company. For example, there are some things which should have a more standardized work flow. That being said, there's tons of opportunity to take charge and streamline what ever business processes are in need of improvement.

Pros

MarketFactory is very exciting to work for as it is quickly growing and changing to capture is portion of the Foreign Exchange market while operating on a Silicon Valley-like SaaS model. As the company grows there is also a lot of opportunity for employees to find or create the roles that they would like to do.

Cons

The work is both challenging and rewarding. While there is a good office culture there is a lot of work to be done to grow the company. With all the work comes a lot of opportunity so that is good.

Pros

lots of opportunity as the company is growing. i'm extremely busy all of the time - always new things to work on, new opportunities, and strategy. it's very exciting, fast-paced. i get a tremendous amount of satisfaction from feeling that what i do matters and truly makes a difference here. smart people, driven people. plus, there are good benefits for a small firm and the founders are very flexible with time off or flexible hours. it's an inviting work environment.

Cons

can be very long hours some days. can sometimes feel overwhelming by the amount of work that needs to get done.
