I like that I was given a set of ambitious goals and broad creative freedom on how to achieve them. The management is chill and the benefits are good. What more to ask for?

Cons

Large sections of the old codebase scream out for major refactoring. The good news is that such an effort is currently under way.

Pros

The company is still in startup mode even though business has been sustainable for some time. What I mean by this is that the sky is the limit on what can be incorporated into the company and culture. The culture here is very permissive and easy going.

Cons

There is a lot of work to be done and staffing is low.
