Pros

Discount! 20% with no qualifying period. Staff are good fun and always manage to take things with a pinch of salt. Pay is good for retail!

Cons

Constant changing. Patronising managers describing staff as 'bodies'. Constant change with no explanation. Badgered into saying yes even when you cannot do something. Feedback always focussed on the negative. Inflexible with shifts and time off!

Pros

Lovely people, everyone got on well and there wasn't any of the clique tendency you get at some companies. Managment were supportive. Opportunitues to move into other areas of the business were available. Not many people tended to work long hours. 20% discount T m&s!

Cons

Office was very quiet. Quite a lot of re-structures went on when I was working there. Not much to do on the business park, ie no shops or pubs but they have a good canteen.
