Pros

Its a reputable company therefor after employment its an advantage to say you have previous worked their, there training is to a high standard and its an enviroment where the customer is the main focus.

Cons

Under a lot of preasure to promote instore card, and no bonus or recognition if cards are sold so no motivation.
