      Pros

      Worked on 2 high visibility projects that where enjoyable and challenging. The Marketing Director and staff were very receptive and we had a mutually beneficial working relationship.

      I experienced no problems whatsoever.

      Pros

      An innovative industry. Small company (250 employees) but yet big enough to have a solid corporate feel. If engaged and professional, a lot of opportunities. Industry economics are a driver. Different than consumer economics. Constantly on the cutting edge.

      Cons

      Because of our positive growth factor there are some growing pains but truthfully if willing to be engaged and open minded and innovative there is nothing to stop you.
