Growing too fast without establishing processes and infrastructure to handle the growth - too many manual tasks. Limited benefits. Located in the middle of suburbia. Taking on more work than can be accomplished with the resources available is causing a lot of last minute resource shuffling.. Wearing out employees. Office is getting cramped.

Where to start...CEO role was given to him by his father..has no pulse of company...employees have no respect for him....sales management controls every aspect including direction of organization..back stabbing is a common theme..upper management could care less of what employees think...overselling and FORCING the employees to work way too many hours will cause quality issues that could result in lives lost due to over promised product delivery dates and cutting corners...Ownership and management is only concerned with$$$$$$$$Ownership (past) was not like that at all...Take control away from greedy sales management group and bring back retired CEO to bring sanity back...Future does not look good...
