I have 6 years experience on the river, for 3 those years have been lead positions, I'm currently a mate.

Cons

They sometimes forget to set up travel,and your treated like a number when they need you better not say no or you stay off longer

Good benefits and Decent Salary. Excellent opportunity to gain initial experience.

Cons

High Level of Office Staff Turnover. Company prefers to externally source candidates instead of providing training programs for employees to move up. Certain Departments are over-staffed while others are short-handed.
