Pros

Great benefits. Of course working in operations has less than desirable hours and schedule, but the sales and event planning side offer a much better quality of life

Cons

Hours can be long. Old school management see the quantity of hours just as important as the quality of the work... Therefore low performing employees don't get work done and are almost rewarded for it

Nice colleagues, excellent vacation and good work-life balance.

Cons

You will regularly be referred to as a "resource" by your manager. They take no interest in developing employees (not surprising considering that everything is being outsourced). Boring projects on old technology. No transparency or direction regarding assignment to projects.
