- Strongly principle-based in every decision throughout the company - Friendly atmosphere, every associate was chosen with alignment to company values in mind - Great benefits, free candy at sites, and an impressive company reputation - Opportunities for lateral movement into different functions - Hybrid work for office-based roles - Annual bonuses for all associates

Cons

- Depending on your function, for office-based roles there is not much room for vertical movement in the company through promotions - You will likely have to work a bit out of your scheduled work hours here and there, but management will generally be supportive of your work/life balance
