Pros

I initially thought the people and culture were great. Then it just became passive-aggressive.

Cons

Expected perfection with very little training and the people who are supposed to train you are too busy with their own work to answer any questions.

Pros

Not a good place to work.

Cons

Management is not good at all you can't make any mistakes or they will let you go. They don't train you.

Pros

You get plenty of hours if you are someone that enjoys lots of OT. Local 120 Teamster Union

Cons

They do forced overtime and by overtime I mean 30-40 hrs of overtime per week. So if you are not prepared to work 70-80 hrs per week 6-7 days a week then this is not the place for you!!!
