Pros
Pretty good benefits. A lot of employees have been there for several years. Really smart people and talented. Several employee surveys for feedback and many are implemented.
Cons
Very old fashion management style and thinking, a lot of employees have been there for several years; not a lot of out of the box thinking or open to change. Many very set in their ways and resistant to change. Because they implement what employees mention on the surveys does necessarily mean they are listening.
