Pros

Great ppl, everybody friendly, not a stressful job, great pay like $1500 plus a wk.

Cons

Can be difficult when restaurants are smaller then others. You may have tight spaces & restaurants may have hills which makes it harder to unload. You may have to ask ppl to move there cars so you can make a easy delivery. And you may get written up if u reach a limit of hard breaking. They have sensors in the truck that monitors a hard break.

Decent pay but you will work for it, they often cooked for the employees which was good

Cons

Horrible managing was the cause, the schedule they give you will make you a old man in 2 years Its very physical unsafe work, the turnover rate is extremely high, you work long hours and you get paid by the product you pick and pull its not hourly, I've heard they cut hours at this location so you might not be guaranteed 40 hours a week. The starting off pay is low and they will put you in the freezer starting off. Probably one of the worst jobs I've ever had. You want have time to do much cause you'll be so tired because your working nights.

No family life, poor benefits, never see upper management, middle management acts like its a burden to talk to you. Other employees will turn you in for anything to advance.
