There is nothing good accept starting wage and RRSP,

Most probably this is one of the worst company to work for in North America. Management does care how hard and how honestly you work. If you make a single mistake and injured you are treated like criminal. They don't see your devotion. Floor crew have only access with supervisors. Supervisors are EXTREMISTS. There is EXTREME LEVEL OF FAVORITISM in work allocation by supervisors. senior coworkers and supervisors treat you on the basis of your skin, religion and your race. If you are favored by supervisor you will be making money doing nothing if not you are in hell everyday. If you get favor your are doing recoup, add backs, battery maintenance, bail maintenance, etc etc if not doesn't matter how long you spend in this company you are picking everyday and they always after you.

None that I see so far everybody had a positive attitude and it looks like someplace that I can retire at
