Great benefits and intimate culture. Quite probably the best company I have ever worked for. Leadership takes care of its people. This company really cares about relationships.

Cons

I cannot think of a single con. In the last 20 years I have worked at multiple companies in the same industry; no other company comes close.

The people- good people come from a good foundation. The pay- very competitive. Hard work is well compensated. They give every employee a chance to succeed. Even though some are just not cut out for the work.

Cons

It's easy to feel lost in such a large company. Standing out can be very difficult. Hard to climb corporate ladder without degree. It's almost too hard to get fired. People need to be held accountable for their actions.
