Pros

Union and Benefits and pay and better runs when you accumulate seniority. Safety is promoted and store managers are great.

Cons

This Company tried to rip us off by secretly renting and insuring a truck in their name then loading it when none of us drivers were around for delivery of orders but had a store owner pick it up and drive it and deliver the orders. That is our work! Big safety liability for the company and it violated our collective agreement. Slap in the face to us drivers that work tirelessly and safely everyday! Shame on local management.

Pros

Pay and set shifts are 10 hours.

Cons

Favortism when work load assignments passed out. Some pick all day and others allowed to sit in office or on forklifts chatting most of the shift. Management plays biases with those who stroke their ego and talk about golf instead of recognizing those working hard picking all shift. Lead hands not on duty still get all the easy work and got paid more than contract said. Creates poor work atmosphere.
