Pros

Pay was o.k. The employees upstairs are really nice and super helpful. Well, when you have time to go up there. You must be on top of communication in the beginning and play close attention because they wont reach out to you and you will be a very busy worker.

Cons

If your not prepared to work long hard hours (10-12hr) 4 or more days a week ( they strongly encourage you come on wknds) have no healthcare available at all until 6 months after ... then dont bother . poor communication on benefits and accounts information, and their computer programs are screwy. The equipment is dirty and also screwy. Also, the majority of workers are male and most of the truckers are male. If you're a female, id like to let you know, they operate 24/7 and around after dark the monsters come out of people. I think somebody tried to kidnap me on my way back from break. Yeah creepy. Jumped out in front of me and tried to come at me un till I screamed out loud. Anyway, I also have also received some innappropriate behavior. Be careful and reconsider the majority of the gender in your work place. Also, they dont wash the palletts. They always smell strongly of cat per and usually always garbage residue on them. Makes the whole place reak. Dont mean to sound mean I'm just being honest. Work at your own risk.

Pros

Decent benefits. Health insurance and vision and dental insurance that is affordable. Base health insurance package that doesn't cost anything.

Cons

Management always pretends to listen but never actually uses the feedback that they ask us to give to make changes for the better. Worker morale has been on a downward slide for the two years that I've worked here and doesn't seem like it's going to get any better. 401k is nice but they only do 3% match AND you have to stay for the company for 5 years to actually get the money! NO work-life balance. Shifts that go from 2 am to noon and 2 pm to midnight makes it hard to do anything besides sleep and work.
