Pros
- Food was good, but quality declined after it became no longer free - Good medical insurance coverage compared to similar plans from other companies - Great stock performance for the past two years. That was the reason compensation was on par with the basic salaries you can get else where (I'm not so sure this is a plus...)
Cons
- Tonnes of work for drones, but nothing to learn. - The rest of the industry has moved on to newer tools and standards, Marvell hasn't - Uncompetitive compensation - No career advancement opportunities - Lower management will promote whoever they like best personally. If you are not from the same country as your manager, don't expect any career opportunities. - Micro-management practiced and encouraged - Management will "suggest" re-arrangements to your personal life at home so you can stay in the office and work overtime as much as possible
