      Not much, may be the subsidized lunch

      Cons

      No chance of advancement if you're not a "yes" person. Pay increase is minimal and if you not kissing-axx and saying how wonderful division head's ideas are? Management is focused on nice presentations than actual results and doing meaningful work.

      Stay away from this company! You will get into trouble no matter what as the management level are a bunch of terrible guys trying to control everything in their power. No leadership at all.

      Relative close commute to most of the employees.

      Cons

      All the VPs and directors just chase the power and money, with no intention to develop the team and talents. Management levels from VPs to directors only care about their interest and their friends or former co-workers. No fairness in this company. Management brings their buddies to the team and treated so unfairly to the existing employees. Very sad to see the existing employees got bad reviews and were forced to leave the company with no stock, bonus or options at all.
