Pros

The general staff and workers are great people to work with. The benefits are great and they have a great flexible schedule.

Cons

Upper management has no concerns for anyone but themselves. They don't promote within and they don't care about employee happiness especially if you are a female in any department in the business

I don’t think there are any. The production workers are great, but if you are an office worker and make friends with them, management will ridicule you.

Cons

Senior managers here have only managed here. Thus their skills are very juvenile and lacking because they have no real world experience. If you are an office worker, watch your back, cause you will get stabbed in it.
