      Who doesn't want all the perks of owning their own business? No Boss. No "Have to's". Set your own work schedule and pay scale. Meet people. Get on-the-job training. Positive people and secure company. Tax benefits. Family-oriented. Discount on products. Able to pass on the opportunity to anyone. No boundaries.

      Cons

      Working for yourself has it's own challenges. It's not a get-rich-quick thing -- You need to stay focused and be consistent. If you don't take it seriously, it will remain just a hobby.

      You work your own hours and determine your own success

      Cons

      As with all direct sales, once you run out of family and friends it's hard to earn a living. Sales Directors will tell you about the great opportunities to get rich. You will mainly be padding their income rather than yours.
