      They said that it was easy to "sprinkle-in", but they were wrong.

      Pros

      Working with people, getting free gifts and makeup, traveling with group,

      Cons

      If you have another job, don't even think about it. It's is so haard after coming home from your regular full-time job and then having to drive to visit 4 people in one night to meet sales goals. Plus, doing it as a younger member was extremely tough because people my age couldn't afford to spend $200 a month on makeup.

      Pros

      I love that this is a self paced business. You work your business the way you want to get what you want. The company rewards its employees in many different ways.

      Cons

      It is a sales job and you have to be willing to put your self out there and work through your fears.

      Pros

      You are in control of your schedule and I certainly have a lot of fun meeting and making friends with wonderful ladies. Plus, the make-up and sales perks are absolutely divine. There are plenty of incentives for doing your best and getting other ladies to become part of the Mary Kay dream.

      Cons

      The only con is that you have to start on your own. The clients are not given to you, so it's certainly not for those who are shy.
