Worst company imaginable

Pros

Potential to make good money

Cons

You name it. They require 60+ hours a week. They are always "functioning" at emergency level and scrambling. All new upper management makes uninformed decisions on how to operate without knowing the consequences or bothering to ask the employees that could offer insight on better processes with lowered negative impacts. No appreciation for people who have experience with the company and have useful knowledge that is gained only over time. Their solution is always to bring in someone new at a high level to bark orders without knowing processes. In my 20+ years in the workforce, I have never seen a company so poorly run. It is always in total chaos, and most everyone is trying to fake like they know what is going on... and the people who actually do know are never heard. They should have their doors shut. Sexism is rampant. People are literally cussed and yelled at and told they are stupid loudly and publicly by management. Lazy people who talk big game and do no work get promoted. People who work hard and care about the company either burn out, leave from frustration, or get fired for no reason. It is that ridiculous. If you go to work here, just plan on using high-school social skills, being dishonest and ignoring any desire to do quality work. That's the only way you will succeed with this company.

Pros

Great dental & vision, IT is still in US, they do try to rally morale (birthday of the month / employee of the month, great safety / cpr certification for all, very nice about working from home.

Cons

Upper management can't admit when they've made a mistake and hired the wrong person / people. Making the entire company look like a joke, everyone is having to pick up slack when it's not our job, and in order to receive great "individual" treatement (such as working from home, not having the skills to do the job - but still you get paid for it while everyone else does your job, constant blatant rude comments covered up by upper management) - you do have to be one of their "pets". Insurance is United, doesn't cover much. FSA is low (only $1,200).

Pros

If one works hard, fast, and long one can make decent pay check for a low skille laborer.

Cons

The jobs is physicaly exausting, there are unrealistic performance demands from management, there are not many growing oportunities, and the last thing on the management;s mind is the well beinig of the technicians.
