      I couldn't ask for a better place to work. I love the work that I do each and every day. I have found that the leadership team is open to different ideas. My Manager encourages us to look for ways to improve processes and build capabilities throughout the organization. I love that personal and professional growth is supported and encouraged.

      Cons

      There have been a lot of positive changes throughout the organization - but it is still change. I see some that struggle with so much change in a relatively short time period. Getting my arms around all of the changes with my role has been a challenge, but one that I have enjoyed so far.
