Middle management is great. Very nice atmosphere and tons of perks. Super friendly.

Cons

Lack of clear strategy, not very competitive compensation. No formalised review process. Lack of leadership diversity.

The people you work with on a daily basis are wonderful. It is a real team feel. The work was rewarding.

Cons

Executive management has changed in the last couple of years and not for the better. They do not seem to care about their employees and are real numbers driven.

Make your own schedule Not in same location daily Great time off. No weekends hardly Decent benefits and vacation Mgmt is easy to work with and they don't work you very often.

Cons

Direction of company could be better because it always seems like the end is near at times but somehow we stay afloat
