MASCO is a large corporation with many opportunities and multiple smaller subsidiaries.

Cons

Cares more about MASCO and not its subsidiaries like BrassCraft or Behr. Will kick out older employees in favor of younger employees with connections to management. Not a "family" like they promote.

Terrific company with employee focus on compensation, benefits, work - life balance and volunteer opportunities. Company has a long term outlook on growth and stability.

Cons

Employees with a long tenure are often stuck in "this is the way we have always done it." Change is difficult to affect.
