      Great Training, Customer Support and Benefits with better than average salary. There is a good culture and focus on being an industry leader

      Cons

      The building industry is still recovering, but the recession seemed to create a culture of redefining the mission for the better

      Pros

      Good benefit package. Most major holidays are given off. Some management are very knowledgeable and helpful in carrier growth.

      Cons

      Once in management there is no clear path to ensure longevity. You can score high on evaluations and still not get promoted.
