      No Strategy, No Leadership, Facile People Who Don't Deliver Get Ahead

      Pros

      Potentially interesting portfolio of brands and products.

      Cons

      A CEO who should have retired 5 years ago, can't decide if it is a disjointed collection of buinesses or an integrated company, of late there is a penchant to 'go back' to the holding company model (which has totally run out of gas...). Indecision, paralysis and mediocre talent at the Sr Leadership level equals a company to stay away from.

      Pros

      I was able to travel the country. Reasonably fun when not bored to tears. Great benefits. Managers were always available by phone. Company provided laptop.

      Cons

      LOTS of travel. Low pay. Any time i wasn't traveling, I would be stuck helping a local rep and in only one store at a time... BORING. Company did not provide phone, even though it was a traveling job.
