      Economy has hit Masco hard

      Pros

      Masco used to be a great company and still has a number of good people. Pay and benefits were once highly competitive.

      Cons

      The economic slowdown has hit this company hard and barely resembles the same place I worked at. Management used to promote a family atmosphere, that no longer exists.

      Pros

      Continuous improvement supported from the top down, easy to make change happen. No blame culture. Everyone got along well

      Cons

      Benefits and pay scale were sub par. If a person received an advanced degree or some type of certification there was no additional compensation

      Pros

      Good benifits, lots of positions to learn which will make you an asset. Show up to work everyday and don't cause any problem and it does not matter how you do your job.

      Cons

      strict attendance, turnover high, thankless job, very few rewards, hr is strict on some and easy on others, lots of favoritizm
