      Pros

      What you will experience will depend on the business unit you work in. There are many very good people in the ranks. Some business units are leaders in their product categories.

      Cons

      The company continues to perform poorly. Corporate Senior Management do not appear to have a plan that will put the company back on a path of profitability and growth. The "Masco Business System" is far less tangible than it is portrayed.

      Great people to work with. Most management willing to make necessary changes to support business. Challenging and stimulating work environment.

      Cons

      Some middle management looks out for themselves only and did not support direct reports.
