      Pros

      Opportunities to learn the overall operation of the industry. Excellent work times 8-5. Human resources does a great job of explaining benifits and is willing to help employees achive their goals. If you have the drive and ambition to succeed run can learn a lot about the business because other employees are willing to help and give you information about the company

      Cons

      Communication among employees and management. Employees are not sure of the goals and management doesn't give an explanation of the current goals. No system of measurment for the daily activities within the organization. Management allows products to be back ordered for up to a year and by the time the product is received customer has moved on. Company culture is not strong because of the management/employee disconnect.

      Pros

      In the eighties before Masco bought this company it was a well respected cabinet manufacturer. Other than that there are no good reasons to work there.

      Cons

      This company has NO REGARD for any of its employees. Its primary concern is profits and letting its product quality go to a level that is not even worth buying. The only time this company even considers workers safety is when they need paperwork to submit to their insurers otherwise workers have to work in completely unsafe conditions. Workers now have to endure a 30 percent wage reduction, rising insurance rates and threats to their jobs if they complain.
