      Pros

      - Fantastic product/market fit - great people standing shoulder-to-shoulder with you - unlimited opportunities for professional growth - great benefits

      Cons

      - There’s always a slightly overwhelming amount of work to be done, and never enough resources - CEO is the ultimate decision maker (many people see this as a Con, but he’s effective and it does eliminate the back-office politics I’ve seen at other startups) - Lots of tribal knowledge that needs to be learned very quickly (but everyone’s very willing to be helpful!)

      Pros

      Mashgin has a very good environment to work. If you are the type o people who gets the things done, you will do good there! The company focus in employees feeling good. We have a very competitive sallary and a very flexible work schedule. The team is great and the product is awesome
