      Pros

      Mashgin is using cutting edge CV and ML tech to address a real and valuable market, instead of chasing the current flavor of the week. Great people to work with where everyone has the opportunity for massive impact. Good work-life balance, where you put in the hustle when needed but are not expected to do nothing else in life.

      Cons

      It's still scrappy, so don't expect free massages and dry cleaning as perks. Doesn't have the name recognition to get you instant impressed looks at parties.

      Pros

      Great company working on cutting edge AI technologies and in a really good growth phase. Great working environment, lots of learning opportunities. You get Independence, and ownership of projects very quickly and great team to mentor you.

      Cons

      A startup so not so established processes, but you get to build process and all standards.

      Pros

      Get to work with a product that is in high demand. Big enterprise clients. There's a lot of upside with Mashgin and the product. It's an exciting place to work as we make progress each and every day. Doordash for lunch everyday is nice. Great team to work with. Everyone's smart and brings experience to the table.

      Cons

      more healthy snacks in the kitchen would be nice.
