      The team I work with is very engaging and a pleasure to work with

      Cons

      We work many weekends each month, plus the regular 40 hour work week and all for 2.5% raise each year. While others who don't put in time on weekends get the same flat 2.5% raise. Not fair.

      Pros

      overall good if you have a good manager who will guide you. great discounts for employees, friendly work environment if you have the right team.

      Cons

      communications isn’t great, only great if you have a good leader other wise your fending for yourself on your career path. Pay isn’t great compared to other companies, pto is all in one and they use the pto you receive for paid holidays which i can’t believe is legal so that’s a huge con to me

      Pros

      Flexibility is good. Not much micromanagement, excellent co-workers. Most are well versed in their respective fields and intelligent.

      Cons

      vague clarity on the future of the organization, Zero transparency. The structure can look messy and benefits are changing significantly. Pay is not on par with vendor organizations.
