      Pros

      Benefits and they are not that great, but heck we have to get insurance somehow today.

      Cons

      Forced to work Over time. Not enough staff to see patients, patients getting pushed for days . Unable to obtain wound care supplies to care for patients. Added work monthly and no adjustments in work schedule or for increased acuity of patients. Lack of education in the field for clinicians. No wound care Nurse or IV nurse in the field to assist clinicians or patients. Management is not visible and they do not care at all what is going on. They stopped the company and management survey. over worked and under payed. it has been a slow decline over the last 2-3 years since new management took over and not for the better.

      Benefits are pretty good New office building MBTA is right outside for an easy commute for some Parking garage, good for when it snows !

      Cons

      Pay to park - Even with the garage there is still a lack of parking Hire a lot from the outside, passing over internal candidates, all the time ! Slow moving company on all aspects Software is dated and computers are old Low pay and raises No bonuses except for upper management Very very childish management, no problems throwing you under the bus Favoritism and lots of it. You can expect nothing out of where you are if you don’t fall into the “click” The just keep firing people and laying the extra work into other people
