      They offer company sponsored training and reimbursement for college. Decent benefits and pay.

      Not easy to move up and managers put little effort in helping to develop you or move up if they like you

      Stable. Decent Benefits. Nice people.

      Cons

      Nothing moves! they talk about change but don't do anything about it. Instead they invest millions in MMWay that is more about checking the box than fixing their decades old systems and processes. Limited advancement opportunities - not accepting of any outside perspective... they want to massmutualize everything!

      good benefits, paid vacation first year is 2 weeks, gym on site, huge cafeteria, 401k match 5%, HSA account

      Cons

      hard to move up, the little mistakes are brought to your attention a lot with hardly ever praise, the higher ups get heated underground garage, everyone else has to walk a mile in the snow to reach the building. they are growing the presence out in Arizona and slowing down new training classes for spfld.
