Pros

MassMutual seems to really care about the well-being of their talent, investing in an annual stipend for various well-being costs, offering mental health support, and a flexible schedule depending on your role

Cons

The company is so large that it takes a while for change to be made sometimes. Things can get lost in translation and sometimes there is no clear path when you are trying to get answers. Upper management is super secretive about some things and depending on your career path there is not a lot of room for movement upwards. They also seem to invest more in people that are early in career and not so much to people that are tenured or further along their career path which could be a pro or a con depending on which side you are on.

Pros

Financially strong and one of the oldest insurance providers in the country.

Cons

The senior leadership team has no clear strategy, and they seem to continuously make abrupt organizational changes without apparent strategy.
