Pros

Got to meet some cool people and get experience to move on to better things

Cons

There were some experiences that I didn't like. For example, flying a very attractive girl to another branch to "Train" them. No other hired Sales person went on a trip to get trained..... They also taught you about growth and ability to grow in the company but, when you asked to grow, they made excuses and said maybe in 5 months.

Pros

The owners are wonderful and involved

Cons

The company only has a plan for 2 years of pay increase for the warehouse and no more after that. I don't know if HR understands that some people are happy doing this as a career for the rest of their lives. You cant just stop at a 2 year pay increase if employees want to work there and make it their career. They need to have a yearly pay increase no matter what position an employee holds. It is not fair to give yearly increases to everyone that works in the office but not to the warehouse workers. It is terrible to have that mentality that just because we work in the warehouse does not mean we cant make that our career or get increases for every year we work for the company. They also need a plan for warehouse employees to grow into a higher title if they are not going to have higher positions for the warehouse employees to move into. It could be warehouse employee 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 to be able to progress instead of being stuck.
