Pros

It’s near my home (15 minutes by car). I have a great supervisor & love working with her. They have free fruits & snacks. Also holiday parties, paid time off to volunteer & other perks like occasional free lunches.

Cons

It’s a small office & I don’t see any room for growth.

Pros

The owners are working hard to build a world-class organization with a focus on people, culture, and performance. We celebrate our successes. We give back to charities and volunteer in our communities. My voice is heard by my leader.

Cons

Master is not for everyone. You need to know that coming in. At times the place feels like a start-up, like business units doing their own thing to succeed. That might have worked at Apple and Microsoft back in the day but sustained success today also comes from team collaboration, standards/practices/policies. If you're the type of employee that doesn't do well in an ever-changing environment this is not the place for you.
