We believe in provide the resources and support for our teachers and leaders to grow in their skills and career throughout their time at Mastery. We hear your concerns about the teacher advancement system, we made significant improvements this year to promote greater equity and effectiveness, ensuring fairer evaluation processes and more meaningful pathways for professional growth, but would be interested to hear from you about ways this could be further improved to drive home our value of "Pursue Equity".
