Supportive team. Aware of cultural context. Safe school environment. Great kids. High expectations for students and team. Students grow at high levels academically.

Cons

I felt micromanaged. Heavy workload is increased by hours of Professional Development each week. Required attention to specific, mandatory details that apply to everyone and are checked regularly gets tedious. Constant observations.
